Mobile Ice App Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mobile Ice mobile application (the “App”) and services provided by Mobile Ice (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the App
The Mobile Ice App allows users to order ice for delivery in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Orders and Delivery
Orders are placed through the App and are subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information is provided.

Pricing and Payment
Prices for ice and delivery will be provided. Payment must be completed prior to ice delivery.

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Ice is a perishable product and cannot be returned. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as incorrect delivery or quality concerns), please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled 24 hours or more prior to scheduled delivery. Once an order is in process or out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

Limitation of Liability
Mobile Ice is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational issues.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
